Bookings that keep working when the internet doesn't.
For lodges, guesthouses, hotels and Airbnb hosts in Namibia. Take bookings with or without signal, get paid sooner, and fill rooms through tour operators you trust.
30 days free. No setup fee, no lock-in. Prices in N$.
The internet drops. The front desk carries on.
StayCore works offline: it is an app on your phone, tablet or computer that keeps a copy of your bookings on the device, so you can keep working with no signal at all.
- The link goes down.
- The Muller family check in to Tent 4 and pay N$1,200 in cash.
- A walk-in books Chalet 2 for tonight.
- Housekeeping marks Tent 1 clean.
- The link comes back. All three changes send themselves.

Nothing is booked twice. If a change made offline would clash with a booking that arrived meanwhile, StayCore does not save both. It puts the clash in front of you to decide.
A safety margin for the booking sites. When you have been offline for a while, StayCore can close your last room or two online, so nobody books a room you have already sold at the desk.
Card payments still need a signal. Offline, you record cash and EFT payments; payment links go out once you are back online.
Tour operators see your live rooms. Holds let go by themselves.
The Operator Exchange puts your availability in front of the operators you approve. They hold rooms in a few taps; holds that are not confirmed in time come back to you by themselves.
If you run the lodge
- Choose which operators may see you, and give each one their own net rates.
- Every hold carries an expiry date that you set. The operator gets a reminder before it runs out.
- No answer by the deadline? The room is released and back on sale, without an email.
- Confirmations, changes and cancellations follow your own terms, and both sides get a copy.

Example data. The board is what operators see; the hold is what both sides see.
If you book for guests
- Search live availability across lodges by date, area and room type.
- Hold rooms while the client decides, and see exactly when each hold runs out.
- Confirm, change or cancel in one place, at the rates in your contract.
Free for tour operators. No subscription and no fee per booking.

Paid before they arrive, without chasing anyone.
Set your deposit rule once, for example half on booking and the rest 14 days before arrival. StayCore sends each guest a payment link on WhatsApp, SMS or email when it is due.
- The money goes straight into your own merchant account (the card account your bank or payment provider gives you; DPO Pay at launch). StayCore never holds it.
- Guests pay on the gateway's secure page. Nobody types or emails a card number, and StayCore never stores one.
- No commission on your bookings. Card fees are whatever your own gateway charges.
EFT matching: upload your bank statement and payments are matched to bookings by reference and amount. The few it cannot place are left for you.
Quote, hold and get paid in the same WhatsApp chat.
Your whole team answers guests and operators from one shared WhatsApp number, with the booking open beside every conversation.
Hi! Do you have a room for two adults, 20 to 22 March?

Done. Here is the link for the 50% deposit: Deposit N$1,560.00 · Chalet 3

For Airbnb hosts: turnovers that run themselves.
You have a day job. StayCore sends the cleaner, the check-in guide and the deposit request on time, and tells you when something needs you.
-
The guest checks out.
-
Selma gets the cleaning job on WhatsApp.
Cleaning job · Unit 2, Vineta, Swakopmund · today 10:30 to 13:30 · linen, towels, gas bottle, photos of each room when done
-
She replies with photos and the job closes. You see it ticked off without a phone call.
-
The next guest gets the check-in guide: door code, Wi-Fi, house rules, directions and a map, on one link.
-
The damage deposit is released. It was a hold on the guest's card (the money is reserved, not taken). It lets go by itself after checkout, unless you log a claim.
Not registered with the NTB yet?
Hosts taking paying guests must register with the Namibia Tourism Board. StayCore walks you through it per unit, and you use the full product while you register. Getting you registered is the first job we do together.
- Application form
- Supporting documents uploaded
- Minimum standards self-check before the inspection
- Fees: N$200 application, N$50 registration once approved
A WhatsApp reminder comes at every stage. Fees as set by the NTB's 2025 notice.

Managing units for owners? Statements in minutes, not days.
Link each owner to their units, set your fee as a percentage or a fixed amount, and log expenses as they happen. At month end the statement adds itself up: income by booking, channel commission, expenses, your fee and what you owe the owner.
One calendar across every unit, so a booking from one site closes the dates on the others.
Property Manager add-on: N$75 per unit a month, on top of the Host plan.
Selling on Booking.com and Airbnb, from one calendar.
Bookings from the sites land on your room calendar, and the dates you sell at the desk close on the sites.
Calendar links (iCal): free in every plan
A calendar link that each site reads every so often. It can run behind by a few hours, so StayCore shows you that warning rather than hiding it.
Live sync: an add-on
Rooms, rates and rules such as minimum stay go to the sites as they change. N$250 (1 to 15 rooms), N$450 (16+) a month.
The levy and the NTB return, done as you go.
- Every accommodation invoice shows the 2% tourism levy as its own line, worked out for you.
- At month end StayCore prepares your NTB levy and statistics return from your bookings, ready to submit.
- The guest register fills itself at check-in with ID or passport details, and is kept as Namibian rules require.
- VAT on your invoices when you are VAT registered.
